Trip Route
4 nights at Makumu Private Game Lodge
Covering thousands of hectares of pristine wilderness, the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve is one of the largest privately-owned parks bordering the Timbavati Game Reserve and Kruger National Park. Safari drives and walks focus on the bush and its ecosystems, adding the excitement of tracking Africa's big game. Lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, and many species of antelopes are very likely to be seen, especially when sitting in one of the viewing hides. The private nature of this wild sanctuary enables you to embrace the bushveld and take in the sounds, sights and smells that make it such a unique experience.
Included Services:
3 nights at Pangolin Chobe Hotel
Kasane is a town in Botswana, close to Africa's 'Four Corners', where Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe almost meet. Kasane, the gateway to Chobe National Park, is a significant departure point for the nearby Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, Livingstone in Zambia, and Namibia's Caprivi Strip. Spread out along the banks of the Chobe River, Kasane boasts terrific views of its wildlife. Visitors often opt for a morning game drive and an afternoon boat cruise since animals are usually seen during these times. Crocodile farms, Victoria Falls trips and photographic safaris are among the many fun things to do here.
Included Services:
3 nights at The Hide Safari Camp
Hwange National Park is the largest natural reserve in Zimbabwe and lies in the country's northwest, near the famous Victoria Falls. Self and guided game drives, horseback safaris and walking safaris are offered here. Hide visits give you a chance to immerse yourself deeper into the wilderness. All Zimbabwe's specially protected animals are found here, and it is the only protected area where gemsbok and brown hyena occur in small numbers. With the big five roaming the grasslands, the area is also known for its 50 000 elephants. Many cheetahs, leopards, and endangered wild dogs are also found here abundantly.
Included Services:
2 nights at The Victoria Falls Hotel
Victoria Falls is a magnificent sight of awe-inspiring beauty on the Zambezi River, forming the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. The vast, basalt cliffs over which the falls thunder turn the Zambezi from a placid river into rapids that carve their way through dramatic gorges. The falls have been declared a National Park and World Heritage Site and are also one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. At the falls, you'll find activities like swimming, bungee jumping, and zip-lining. Additionally, there are calmer activities, including sunset cruises, walking tours and elephants interactions.
